The project magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. The period of performance will be 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The bid opening will be held at 26 Federal Plaza NY, NY 10278, the exact location will be included in the solicitation. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to; Adrian.J.Staffordbrowne@usace.army.mil. The media selected for issuance of the Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government. .
Bids will be submitted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Room 1843, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278. All questions must be submitted in writing via email, fax, or mail to the POC. The media selected for issuance of Synopsis/Solicitation and amendments shall solely be at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, the media utilized for this project shall be FBO.Gov. Telephone, email or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted or honored. Paper copies of this solicitation and amendments, if any, will not be available or issued. Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be avaiable on FBO.Gov. Interested parties may download and print the solicitation at no charge.
Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If the Offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.

The Contractor who is awarded the contract will be required to have the security manifest completed before award can be made the attached document titles "West Point Security Manifest" shall be filled out (Columns through I) with information of a point of contact from your company that will be on-site at West Point, NY. A background check must be successfully completed for access to the installation for this project. The Security Manifest may be submitted after bid opening.
