  • Laundry services
  • Transportation services with drivers for various vehicle types (buses, vans, trucks, cargo vans), including a standby driver for 24-hour availability.
  • Interpreter/Translator services (Basic, Specialized Medical, Engineering, Administrative) with expected working hours of 0600-1800 daily.

Key Requirements & Clarifications

  • Locations: Tent, latrine, and handwashing station locations will be provided closer to the exercise date. Specific daily service hours for transportation are 0800-1730.
  • CMMC/AT Level I: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 3 and Antiterrorism Level I training are not required.
  • Vehicle Tracking: Contractors must maintain a tracking system compliant with Section 889 (no prohibited Chinese-made components).
  • Berry Amendment: For tents, if the total value exceeds $200,000, they must be 100% U.S. origin. A detailed material cost breakdown is required.
  • Water: Bottled water will be government-furnished; contractors must source and transport water for handwashing stations.
  • Experience: Offerors must demonstrate at least two instances of recent and relevant experience within the last three years, similar in scope, size, and complexity, using Attachment A01.
