Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental engineering for BOS-type services. Work will be performed under a multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, comprising both Recurring and Non-Recurring Work Items. Key service areas include:
- Facility Investment Services: Operations for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) sub-functions, including maintenance and repair to keep facilities in good working order. May include major repair, minor construction, and stand-alone demolition.
- Custodial Services: Cleaning of facilities, ensuring cleanliness of working environments, and waste removal to collection points (excluding disposal from collection sites).
- Integrated Solid Waste Management: Collection and disposal of solid waste materials from collection points (excluding waste removal from inside buildings and biohazardous waste).
- Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping: Lawn maintenance, vegetation removal, and debris removal within designated improved areas, including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation systems maintenance, and herbicide application for weed control.
