A performance-based acquisition for Base Operations, Facility Maintenance, and Repair Services, as well as some minor construction of buildings, structures, and other real property at the United States Army Garrison - Detroit Arsenal (USAG-DTA). The proposed acquisition will be a hybrid contract of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for daily maintenance, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) for emergency or unscheduled efforts for the installation, and Cost No Fee for materials. This contract includes horizontal (roads and surface areas) and vertical (facility) sustainment, maintenance, repair, minor construction, grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, and pest management. The contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) as required by FAR 8.704(a)(2)(i).
