Contractors shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor and equipment, except as specified as Government furnished, to operate, maintain, repair, and construct real property facilities and appurtenant structures at FLW, Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks Army Recreation Area (LORA). The size standard is $47,000,000.00 United States Dollars. This is a recurring requirement consisting of twelve (12) functional task areas to provide Base Operations Support Services (BASOPS) for the Department of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Leonard Wood (FLW) and Lake of the Ozarks recreation area (LORA, 50 miles from FLW). FLW and LORA as combined locations will be referred to as FLW (in the state of Missouri). The BASOPS sought includes, but is not limited to, maintenance and service of mechanical, electrical, heating, air conditioning, mass notification systems, operation and service of utility plants and water treatment systems. BASOPS also includes ground maintenance, self-help services, pest control, kennels, fuel handling, environmental, and special events support. The FLW facilities are used for multiple training missions by all members of joint forces in the United States military, which includes international allied partners. The potential awardee/contractor shall ensure that all work meets critical reliability rates or tolerances specified in the quality assurance surveillance plan when performing the BASOPS functional areas including but not limited to work management, utility plants/systems, road work, and grounds maintenance.
