Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive support of the Base Recycling Center (BRC) at Spangdahlem Air Base. This includes providing personnel, equipment, materials, vehicles, and supervision for the collection of various recyclable materials (Paper/Cardboard, Glass, Electronic Parts, Light Fraction, Wood Material, Metal). The contractor will also be responsible for the operation of the BRC, including sorting and storage of certain Hazardous Waste (HW) and coordinating pick-up with the COR. The place of performance is Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, with the BRC located at Bldg. 64. Operating hours for the recycling center are Monday through Friday, 0830 a.m. - 1430 p.m., excluding U.S. Holidays. Contractor personnel must be proficient in both English and German.

Evaluation factors include Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), price, and past performance.
