Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Provide and maintain a contractor-owned and operated BLS ground ambulance and two PA DOH certified EMT-Bs on-site during regular duty hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding federal holidays).

• Ensure 24/7/365 EMS response and patient transport through mutual aid agreements for overnight hours, weekends, and federal holidays, covering both BLS and Advanced Life Support (ALS) needs.

• Respond immediately to medical, fire, hazardous material, CBRNE incidents, or rescue operations on TYAD property during regular duty hours.

• Provide BLS EMS standby, treatment, and transport for special events during regular duty hours at no additional cost.
