Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive BLS EMS, including:

  • Operating a contractor-owned BLS ground ambulance with two PA DOH certified EMT-Bs on-site during regular duty hours (M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM).
  • Ensuring 24/7/365 EMS response and patient transport through mutual aid agreements for off-hours, weekends, and holidays, covering both BLS and ALS needs.
  • Responding to medical, fire, hazardous material, CBRNE incidents, or rescue operations on TYAD property.
  • Providing BLS EMS standby, treatment, and transport for special events at no additional cost during regular duty hours, with additional resources available for high-risk events with seven days' notice.
  • Assisting with the Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) and Stop the Bleed (STB) programs, including inspections and training.

  • Contract Type: Hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M)
