• Pressure Reducing Valve: A 150 PSI pressure reducing valve is acceptable, instead of the previously stated 200 PSI.

• Crossing Permit: The BLM has already obtained the Dawson County Road Crossing Permit; contractors do not need to acquire it.
• Topsoil Removal: Topsoil removal will not be required if trenching methods are chosen.
• Construction Easement: The construction easement is 50 feet on either side of the pipeline centerline.
• Warranty: A 1-year warranty for work performed is required.
• Underground Utilities: Contractors are responsible for contacting utility owners via the Montana One Call System and for locating private utilities. Damage to utilities is at the contractor's expense.
• Livestock: Livestock will be present in the area/pastures during construction.
• Fittings: Any fittings that meet the project specification will be accepted.
