Scope of Work

The project includes a Base Bid (CLIN 0001) and a Bid Option (CLIN 0002):

  • Base Bid: Removal of existing basketball flooring and installation of new polypropylene modular flooring optimized for multi-sport use. This includes striping for one main basketball court, two secondary basketball courts, four pickleball courts, and two volleyball courts, adhering to NCAA, FIVB, and USAPA regulations. Contractors must provide proposed layouts in AutoCAD format.
  • Bid Option: Renovation of two racquetball court floors, involving removal of current flooring and installation of a new maple wood system suitable for racquet sports.
  • All work must strictly adhere to the provided Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications (including detailed requirements for modular athletic flooring, wood flooring, and resilient base), and Architectural Drawings (demolition plans, multi-sport striping, racquetball striping).

Key Requirements & Deliverables

  • Submittals: A detailed Material Submittals Schedule (MSS) is required, including product data, shop drawings, certifications, and color schedules. No work can begin until submittals are approved. All submittals must use AF 3000 form and include a Buy American Act compliance certification.
