Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To perform bat guano remediation in the attics of specified dormitories to achieve a safe, clean, and habitable environment.

• Removal of bat guano and contaminated materials from attic surfaces (e.g., rafters, flooring, ductwork).

• Disinfection of affected areas to reduce disease transmission risk.

• Replacement of insulation where necessary to restore original thermal performance.

• Cleaning of all surfaces to remove traces of bat guano and associated debris.

• Absence of visible guano, staining, and contaminated materials confirmed by Project Manager inspection.

• Performance Period: To be completed within 45 calendar days from the agreed-upon start date, which must be coordinated within 15 days of award.
