Submission Requirements

- Volume I (Technical Quote): Maximum 5 pages, detailing system specifications, capabilities, warranty, delivery timeframe, and performance testing. No pricing.
- Volume II (Price Quote): Maximum 5 pages (excluding Reps & Certs), including pricing information and exceptions. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. Evaluation factors include Technical Capability and Price. Faster delivery, installation, and training may be viewed favorably. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to request clarifications.
