The Bureau intends to procure supplies and services to maintain and support its existing BD Pyxis Automated Medication Dispensing Cabinet’s, which are fully integrated into the existing Bureau infrastructure. The system currently in place is standardized and has established compatibility and interoperability within the Bureau’s current medical equipment and environment. The system supports a large-scale, multi-site environment within the Bureau that consists of 121 facilities with roughly 1600 BD Pyxis branded products currently in use and standardized.
