These systems are critical for automated medication dispensing solutions and pharmacy technologies across the Providence RI VAMC and one CBOC in Massachusetts. The scope includes:
- Systems Covered: BD ES Platform (Medstations, Auxiliary Columns, Anesthesia Systems, Refrigerators, Medication Label Modules, Software Licensing, Enterprise User Management, CII Safe, ES Servers), BD IV Prep System (Cato Software Subscription, MAPortal 3, IV Prep Gravimetric Pack, Barcode Printers, IV Prep Servers), and BD Logistics System (Carousel and accessories, Handheld Scanner, Logistics Servers), including interfaces.
- Services: All labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for onsite and remote service and support. While 99% remote, onsite support will be provided if troubleshooting identifies a broken part.
- Performance Standards: 24/7/365 technical support for Pyxis equipment, specific hours for IV Prep and HealthSite support, and a guaranteed 24-hour onsite response time for Field Service Engineers if remote troubleshooting fails.
