Contract Details
This is a Fixed-Price contract with a Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Code: 339950, Size Standard: 500 employees). The Period of Performance is fifteen (15) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Work will be performed at designated locations across Fort Bliss, TX, during normal work hours (0730-1630, M-F). The applicable Wage Determination is SCA WD 2015-5229 for El Paso and Hudspeth Counties, TX, which outlines minimum wage rates and fringe benefits, including Health & Welfare at $5.55 per hour.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by March 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Questions must be submitted in writing by March 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
