Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a solicitation for vendors to provide specific parts to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC). The primary items required are "BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR" (NSN 3110 01-683-3748, Part # 31000-1777) and "GASKET" (NSN 5330-01-684-2242, Part # 36000-1957).

• Parts: Vendors must supply the exact parts listed, with no substitutions authorized without approval from USCG SFLC TECHNICAL EXPERTS.

• Packaging: Strict packaging requirements are detailed, referencing MIL-DTL-197M, MIL-PRF-16173 Class II Grade 2, MIL-DTL-117 Type 3, MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 42, and MIL-STD-129R for marking and barcoding.

• Marking: Items must be individually packed and marked according to specified military standards, including NSN, Part Number, Quantity, Condition (A), and Purchase Order Number.

• Delivery: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED to USCG CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, BALTIMORE, MD 21226. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.

• Quality Assurance: Contractors must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to being ready for any Q/A inspections or testing.

• Shipping: All shipping and freight charges must be added to the total cost and included in the submission. Total cost must include delivery and freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Invoicing: All invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. Invoices must include CG contract number, vendor UEI, CAGE number, PO item number, description, unit prices, extended totals, and shipping costs as a separate line item. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Carlos.A.DiazGarcia@uscg.mil.
