Qualification & Evaluation

Production Lot Testing/Verification Inspection by the Government is also required, with units delivered to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division.

This requirement is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). All contractual documents are considered "issued" upon electronic transmission. Offerors must provide packaging location details if different from their address. Access to drawings, if included, must be requested on SAM.gov. Certification Data Reports via DD Form 250 are required for each lot shipped for Verification Inspection, due 75 days prior to the contractual delivery date.
