This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for specific items.

• The primary item required is a "BEARING, STAVE SHAPE" with NSN 2010-01-102-3734 or Part # 807337132/26044-634.

• Quantity: 2 Each (ea).

• All items listed in the parts list are required, and no substitutions are authorized without approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts.

• Preservation, packaging, and marking must be in accordance with specifications outlined in the "Preparation For Delivery" section.

• Specific packaging requirements include ASTM-D-3951 standard commercial packaging, packed in a wood-cleated panelboard shipping box, with markings and barcode labels on the two longest sides.

• A Coast Guard QA representative will verify material certifications, test equipment calibration, visual inspection, dimensional checks, and preservation/packaging/marking.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.

• Quote Due Date: January 22, 2026, by 12 PM EST.

• Required Delivery Date: February 19, 2026.

• Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED.

• Invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil.

• All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

• Vendors must have an active registration in SAM.Gov prior to award.

• Material must be packed using Military Packaging (MIL-STD-2073-1E) and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded unless otherwise authorized.
