No contract shall be awarded from this Pre-solicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for a base and three (3) year option period non-personal services contract for Behavioral Health Continuing Medical Education (CME) Training at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA. This requirement will be procured as full and open using NAICS code 611430 and size standard $15.0M. The anticipated period of performance is 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2029. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR Part 12 & 13. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
