Submission & Evaluation
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses will help NCIS determine industry capabilities and the potential for a competitive small business set-aside. Submissions should include business details (name, address, CAGE, DUNS, size/classification), a capability summary (10-15 pages max) detailing experience with law enforcement agencies, and available contract vehicles. An initial price estimate is acceptable. To qualify for a small business set-aside, at least two qualified small businesses must demonstrate their capabilities.
