Specific tasks involve cleaning facilities, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, exterior grounds, picnic sites, tables, shelters, grills, overlooks, fishing piers, platforms, and courtesy docks. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment, with a preference for green/biodegradable products. Safety compliance with OSHA and EM 385-1-1, an approved Accident Prevention Plan (APP), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), and E-Verify for personnel are required.

Submission & Evaluation
