Submission Instructions

Interested parties must submit a Statement of Capability (SOC) outlining past work related to the requirements. The SOC should include:

  • Company information (name, address, size, CAGE Code, points of contact, geographic presence).
  • Teaming arrangements, if applicable.
  • Relevant contract experience and capabilities, including rationale for commercial procurement if applicable.
  • Demonstration of complete aircraft lifecycle support (availability, technical approach, production integration, system performance, logistics, facilities/personnel, flight operations).
  • Evidence of experienced and trained staff.
  • Evidence of cybersecurity policy compliance.

Submissions are limited to 25 UNCLASSIFIED pages, preferably electronic (max 5MB), in Microsoft Office 2003+ or Adobe PDF format.
