Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a standard VNET Internet Circuit with a dedicated 50 Mbps bandwidth, including A/28 subnet static Public IP addresses. The service must be high-end, professional-grade, dedicated, 24/7 "always-on" with unlimited usage. Fiber optic or terrestrial connectivity is preferred, utilizing LC fiber connectors (MM-multimode) for a Gigabit interface. The ISP must provide all necessary data media converters.
Key network requirements include:
- No Network Address Translation (NAT) for IPs.
- Permission for all IP protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP, IPSEC) to transit without filters or proxies, ensuring unfiltered internet access without ISP firewall blocking or stateful inspection.
- Permission for installation of Customer VPN encryption devices.
- Permission for ping and trace route traffic from 169.252.0.0/16 and 169.253.0.0/16.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters: Packet Loss <=0.5% and Availability 99.9%.
- Network devices must not be from ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi, or affiliated brands.
- The ISP must warrant 7x24x365 service support.
