Period of Performance: 15 calendar days to begin performance after Notice to Proceed, with 700 calendar days for completion.

Submission & Evaluation

Required Submissions: Price Proposal Form (Attachment G) and a Non-Price Factors Proposal.
Bid Bond: 20% of total project bid price or $3M, whichever is less.
Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Proposals providing less than 90 calendar days for Government acceptance will be rejected.
