Special Requirements

  • Security: All contractors entering the institution must complete NCIC background screening. Cell phones, cameras, and two-way communication devices are not allowed inside the institution; all electronic devices must remain in a locked vehicle.

On-site storage requires a job box/gang box secured with a double padlock (one contractor, one FCI). Ladders must be secured.   • Utilities: FBOP will provide 120V electricity for battery chargers and small tools, and restroom services. All other utilities must be provided by the Contractor.
