Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To repair the VRF system on the Admin building at the Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV, by providing all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals.

• Smoking: Strictly enforced according to federal policy (outdoor designated areas only).

• Warranty: A written (5) year guarantee covering all material and workmanship is required. Manufacturer warranties must also be provided.
