• Clarifications: Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email by Tuesday, May 19, 2026, 1200 JST.
• Payment: Payment will be made in Japanese Yen via Electric Funds Transfer (EFT) through Wide-Area Workflow (WAWF). U.S. Government procurement in Japan is exempt from consumption tax. A transaction fee for EFT will be deducted.
• Delivery Location: SRF-JRMC Yokosuka Naval Base.
• Shipping: Shipments over 30 pounds must be palletized.
