Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for approximately 6,200 square feet of the Big Piney Ranger Station building. Services include:
- General Cleaning: Floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, window blinds, and lighting fixtures.
- Waste Management: Trash removal and replenishment of designated supplies.
- Scheduled Tasks:
- Weekly: Empty wastebaskets, vacuum carpets, remove stains, dust furniture, clean restrooms (fixtures, mirrors, restocking), clean common area walls, and drinking fountains.
- Monthly: Clean enclosed light fixtures, tiled areas, office and public areas (windowsills, animal mounts), and dust/disinfect equipment rooms.
- Semi-Annually: Clean all office windows and blinds (spring and fall). Cleaning services are required twice per week after regular business hours.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order.
- Period of Performance: One (1) one-year base period (June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027) and four (4) one-year option periods, for a total potential duration of five years and six months.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 561720, size standard $22.0 Million).
- Contractor Responsibilities: Provide all cleaning supplies, spot removers, soaps, deodorant dispensers, deodorant (with MSDS), and cleaning equipment (excluding GFE).
- Government Furnished Property: Paper towels, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, and trash bags.
- Security: Contractor personnel require background checks (HSPD-12) for unescorted access and will be issued keys.
