• Installation Responsibility: Grazing permittees are responsible for installing the tanks. Foundation design or installation is not part of this contract.
• Tank Specifications: Tanks must be made from thicker galvanized steel. Alternative coatings are not acceptable. Only tanks with the specified 13'9" diameter will be considered. Stainless steel tanks are not acceptable.
