Scope of Work
AFMEDCOM requires non-personal services for a Biomedical/Clinical Engineer V to provide professional support, studies, analyses, evaluations, and engineering/technical services. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in identifying Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) through market analysis.
- Liaising between OEMs, cybersecurity approval offices, and contracting agencies.
- Reviewing medical maintenance data and providing recommendations.
- Assisting with total cost of ownership calculations for contingency medical equipment.
- Identifying equipment concerns based on staffing expertise.
- Supporting program managers with contracting and budgetary actions.
