Submission & Evaluation

Required quote information includes a cover sheet with CAGE, UEI, POC, and quote validity statement, a completed CLIN structure within SF1449, and images/technical capabilities of proposed products. Evaluation will be based on a Best Value approach, using comparative evaluation. Non-priced factors combined are approximately equal to price. The government may award without discussions and may award to a higher-priced quote if it offers greater overall value.
