Opportunity Details
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Measurement Science Department, requires this equipment to enhance calibration standard test capabilities for Navy Calibration Labs.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) LABCULTURE Gen 4 Class II Type B2 Biosafety Cabinet, 6ft size, with specific features including an energy-efficient ECM blower, 115VAC, 60HZ, cUL Listed, NSF Listed, 7" Touch Screen Controller & Airflow Monitor, LED Lamp, etched tray NSF downflow grid, and provision for 2x SF-2U Service Valves and Copper piping. Required accessories include a 6ft adjustable height stand (sitting/standing), caster wheels, leveling feet, exhaust guard with bird screen, and a flexible PVC reducer/coupling.
Offerors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, and must provide proof of authorization. Gray market items are not acceptable; only new OEM equipment or authorized aftermarket parts are permitted.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically (PDF or MS Word) to the email address provided in the posting. This is an all-or-none requirement; partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive. Required information includes CAGE Code, Delivery date/Lead Time, Pricing for all CLINs, and details on quoted items (Part Numbers, SKUs).
Evaluation: Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the responsible Offeror whose quote conforms to solicitation requirements and is most advantageous to the Government. Offerors must be registered in SAM. Unique Item Identification (IUID) is required for items with a unit cost of $5,000 or more. Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
