Scope of Work
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors able to supply FDA-approved Biosense Webster Inc. cardiovascular procedural packages. These packages must include implants, instrumentation sets, and all necessary ancillary accessories for physicians to perform surgery. Key delivery methods required are:
- Just-In-Time (JIT): Manufacturer's field representative delivers products to the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) for surgery.
- Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD): Orders placed via ECAT are delivered directly to the customer.
- Consignment: Products are consigned to the MTF.
Manufacturers must also provide qualified on-site representatives at MTFs for technical advice and guidance before, during, and after implantation, along with 24/7 technical support.
