USACE - St. Louis District (MVS) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify multiple Businesses with the interest and resources to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Bulk Petroleum Products and incidental services. St. Louis District anticipates placing 2-4 orders per year for approximately 200-240,000 gallons of D2 Bio-diesel with an overwater delivery requirement, 100-150 barrels of engine/hydraulic oils and various other non-recurring requirements.
