This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Wage Determination is included and will be included with each Call. This contract is for engineering and design laboratory soils testing for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Engineering and Construction Division, Geotechnical Branch (CESWF-ECG). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and customary resources required to provide engineering and design laboratory soil testing services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Engineering and Construction Division, Geotechnical Branch in accordance this Performance Work Statement.
