• Purpose: To gather information on industry capabilities for supplying compressed and bulk medical grade gas products, laboratory and specialty gases, gas-related equipment, various gas supply modes, and dry ice pellets.
• Scope: The BPA will cover gases delivered in hydrostatic tested cylinders meeting regulatory requirements, and dry ice delivered at pre-scheduled times. The requirement supports WRAIR and other research laboratories in Alabama, Delaware, Maryland, and Massachusetts.
• Submission Requirements: Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement via email by 11:00 AM EST on May 14, 2026. The statement should address:
  • Capability to provide listed medical gases and dry ice.
  • Capability to provide and lease tanks, including installation.
  • Ability to serve specified locations (AL, DE, MD, MA).
  • Compliance with all local laws for safe gas handling.
  • Capability for telemetry and monitoring of specific tank types.
• Response Format: Responses must be in Microsoft Office or PDF format, 12-point font, and not exceed 5 pages. No hard copies will be accepted, and no questions will be addressed.
