Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials for cleaning blast and paint shops in Buildings 3001 and 3221. Services include:
- Bi-monthly cleaning: Blast booths, industrial ventilation filter units, fan assemblies, and duct work.
- Semi-annual cleaning: External surfaces of blast booths, industrial ventilation filter units, fan assemblies, hoists, shot peen machines, walls, windows, vents, duct work, and ceilings. The scope is limited to external duct surfaces, outside of booths/enclosures, and exterior housings of ventilation filters. Contractors must provide their own lifts/ladders for work above six feet. The government will provide waste collection drums, with Tinker AFB handling waste disposal. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 1530 – 2300, excluding federal holidays.

Eligibility & Submission
