Scope of Work

• Demolition and Installation: Removal of existing building envelope components (overhead doors, ribbon window systems, transoms, skylights) and installation of new insulated, motor-operated coiling overhead doors, thermally-broken ribbon window systems with insulated glass, transoms, and insulated roof caps.
• Heating System Upgrade: Furnishing and installing seven new low-intensity, gas-fired radiant heaters, complete with natural gas piping and exhaust vents. Commissioning of these heaters must be performed by a Trane Certified Technician.
• Electrical and Controls: Providing electrical and controls support, including disconnecting/reconnecting overhead door motors, installing new 120V circuits for heaters, and connecting to the Building Automation System (BAS) via programmable thermostats.
• Technical Details: Specific mechanical legends, electrical schedules, equipment connections, and cable schedules are detailed in accompanying documents (M-B3 and E-B3).
