• All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of award.

• A Crane Alternation Request (CAR) must be prepared and submitted to the Navy Crane Center for approval.

• The Contractor shall submit various deliverables including shop repair orders, NDT documentation, inspection reports, certificates, wire rope certifications, and integrated wiring schematics.

• Building(s) will be occupied during performance of work.

• The Contractor is responsible for repairing or replacing any damage to existing structures, utilities, landscaping, or other property resulting from their operations.

• Obtain digging permits and comply with installation requirements for locating and marking underground utilities. Notify the COR at least 48 hours prior to starting excavation work.

• Submittals for material and other project requirements must be made with sufficient time for processing and approval.

• Strict adherence to safety requirements, including confined space entry procedures, is mandatory.

• Environmental protection measures must be implemented throughout the project.

• All work is subject to inspection by a designated Government Representative.

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with specific restrictions on rear commercial entrance closure and driving large commercial vehicles.
