• Quality control is the exclusive responsibility of the Contractor, subject to continuous audit by the Location Monitor.

• A one (1) year warranty on all labor, materials, equipment, and workmanship is required.

• Contract Time: 120 calendar days from the time of award.

• Contractor is responsible for all necessary guards, lights, and barricades for site safety.

• Hazardous materials must be reported immediately to the COR; work must stop until direction is provided.

• Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections.

• Government will furnish electricity and water; Contractor is responsible for maintaining and protecting these utilities.

• Contractor is responsible for cleanup and restoration of disturbed areas.

• Submittals required include manufacturer's descriptive literature/shop drawings, roofing calculations (if applicable), and roofing manufacturer approvals.
