  • Repairs: Partial floor finishes, reflected ceiling tiles, first-floor light fixtures, casework, window blinds, TV monitors, fire extinguishers, a through-wall storage depository safe, painting, new storefront windows, relocation of existing furniture, and repair of four historical stairwells.
  • System Updates: Revisions and extensions to power, data/communication, access control, and lighting systems. Revisions to ductwork and hot water heating systems.
  • Plumbing: Installation of multiple drinking fountains.

Work must minimize disruption to occupied areas, and specific requirements for asbestos/lead handling, environmental protection, and safety (EM 385-1-1, SSHO) are mandatory. A detailed asbestos survey (Appendix E) is provided.
