Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to perform comprehensive repair services on three (3) sections of Interkal Model G3 power-operated bleachers. The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Furnishing and installing four (4) new deck boards and associated H-channel.
- Furnishing and installing twenty-four (24) new BR Cantilever Reinforcement Angles.
- Replacing one (1) damaged system gearmotor (1/2 HP, 3-Phase or equivalent) and its mounting brackets.
- Furnishing and installing forty-four (44) new aluminum end caps on seat planks.
- Replacing all associated hardware with new 5/16" galvanized carriage bolts, nuts, and washers.
- Conducting a full inspection of the bleacher systems.
Skills/Capabilities Requirements
Contractor personnel must be technically qualified with a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of commercial telescopic/gymnasium bleacher systems. Demonstrated experience with powered bleacher systems and structural steel components is required.
