Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to perform comprehensive repair services on three (3) sections of Interkal Model G3 power-operated bleachers. Key tasks include:
- Furnishing and installing four (4) new deck boards and associated H-channel.
- Installing twenty-four (24) new reinforcement angles.
- Replacing one (1) damaged system gearmotor (1/2 HP, 3-Phase or equivalent) and its mounting brackets.
- Furnishing and installing forty-four (44) new aluminum end caps on seat planks.
- Replacing all associated hardware with new 5/16" galvanized carriage bolts, nuts, and washers.

Site Visit & Requirements
A Site Visit is scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 8409 Vanguard Run Bldg. 708, Moody Air Force Base, GA 31699. This visit is to familiarize prospective offerors with existing conditions. Contractor personnel must be technically qualified with a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of commercial telescopic/gymnasium bleacher systems, including powered systems and structural steel components.
