Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Fire line construction: Minimum 10 ft width for machine line, 8 ft for hand line. Mineral soil clearing to specified depths and widths.

• Fuels pullback: Clearing around trees/snags to specified distances and heights.

• Mop-up: Complete extinguishment of all burning material. Minimum performance level of 1/3 acre per person per 8-hour day.

• 95% of work inspected must meet performance standards for fire line construction.

• 100% of work inspected must meet performance standards for fuels pullback.

• 100% compliance with the Prescribed Fire Plan and Daily Shift Plan for prescribed burn and mop-up operations.

• Period of Performance: Award through December 31, 2028.

• Availability: Resource must be readily available for a 24-hour notification between April 1st to June 30th and September 15th to December 1st.

• Location: Northwest Oregon District, BLM.

• Personnel must meet National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) qualifications.

• Key personnel include: Firing Boss, Crew Bosses, Engine Bosses/Operators, Water Tender Operators, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Skidgen Operators.
