Submission & Evaluation
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotations and Requests for Information (RFIs) must be submitted electronically to jeduncan@ios.doi.gov. Submissions must include a completed Standard Form 1449, acknowledged amendments, a completed price schedule (Section B) with unit and extended totals, and applicable Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Offerors. Award will be made to the responsible firm whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors, including past performance. The Government intends to award to the lowest evaluated price determined fair and reasonable.
