Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive blood donor testing services, including all necessary facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies. Services will be provided on a Cost Per Test (CPT) basis, supporting up to 13,000 donors annually. All testing must comply with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and be performed at the contractor's facility or network.
Standard test panels include: ABO/Rh Antibody screen, Syphilis (STS), HBsAg, HBcAb, HCV, HIV 1 and 2, HTLV 1 and 2, HIV/HCV/HBV NAT (pooled), West Nile Virus NAT IDT (single), Chagas (T.cruzi), and Babesia (pooled). Confirmatory testing includes: HBsAg Neutralization, HCV confirmatory, HBV confirmatory, HIV 1 and HIV 2 confirmatory, HTLV 1 and 2 confirmatory, Syphilis (TP-PA) confirmatory, and Chagas confirmatory.
