- Blood Components: Leukreduced red blood cells, apheresis platelets, plasma products, cryoprecipitate, low-titer O whole blood.
- Associated Services: Antigen typing, molecular testing, antibody identification, rare donor unit procurement, HLA-selected products, and STAT processing.
Key Requirements
Providers must ensure all products and services comply with applicable FDA, AABB, and regulatory standards.
