• Shipping: Items are to be shipped FOB Destination. Shipping cost must be included in the vendor quote and cannot be a separate line item.

• Period of Performance: Base plus 4 years.

• Estimated Usage: Anticipates approximately 20 units per year. Quotes should reflect a base plus 4 years at 20 units per year, totaling 100 units over the potential option years.

• Quote Due Date: 05/10/2026, 5:00 PM Eastern.

• Submission: Submit written quotes only. All firms must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Evaluation: The government will award a purchase order to the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable. Evaluation will consider Price, Technical Acceptance of Product, and Delivery. Past performance (PPIRS and FAPIIS data) will also be considered.

• Invoicing: Invoices must be submitted electronically via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
