Scope of Work

- Chinking Replacement: Removing loose, cracked, or deteriorated chinking and replacing it with a compatible synthetic system (e.g., Sashco Log Jam or approved equal). Only damaged sections will be replaced.
- Log/Siding Staining: Power washing, preparing, and applying two coats of park-approved semi-transparent log stain to all log and siding surfaces.
- Trim Staining: Cleaning, preparing, and staining window and door trim (12 windows and 6 doors total across all cabins). Trim will be stained, not painted.
