• Evaluation: Award will be made to the offeror providing the most advantageous quote based on the following criteria:

  1. Technical Factor(s): Equipment, Availability, and Licenses.
  2. Past Performance: Assessed for recency, relevancy, and assigned an Acceptable or Unacceptable rating.
  3. Price: Primary evaluation factor for determining award; competitive offers are expected to determine price reasonableness.

• This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

• Offerors are encouraged to conduct their own research into the area at their own expense.

• The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and AGAR clauses and provisions by reference, which can be accessed at www.acquisition.gov.
