Evaluation
Award will be made on a competitive basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, in accordance with FAR 12.203. Technical acceptability requires the provision of new manufactured commercial items from the OEM, Trelleborg Coated Systems US, Inc. Alternate part numbers may be considered if they conform to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation's specifications and are approved by MRR Engineering. Only the lowest priced offer will initially be evaluated for technical acceptability; if deemed unacceptable, evaluation will proceed to the next lowest priced offer. Offerors must provide pricing, including any quantity or prompt payment discounts.
